As you know, ...I'm just as confused as you are! As you know, I did Medifast for about a month and a half and lost almost 20 lbs., but got tired of eating the prepackaged food. I've started eating "normal" again, and think I've pretty much maintained. But I HAVE to be super careful bc if I'm not, the weight will come back. I'm thinking of doing WW, but don't want to pay the $50/month. I've also looked into eating raw, but it looks to challenging. Within the next few days I have a book coming called "Shred: The Revolutionary Diet" that lays out a meal plan for you each day for six weeks, and promises that you'll lose 20 pounds and/or two dress sizes (I think I'm remembering that correctly). I'm looking forward to it because it's eating normal food, but it' definitely portions it out for you so you don't overeat. This is my main problem...overeating.<br /><br />Sorry for the novel.
